Merry Christmas and a successful New Year

We would like to wish you, our member, a cheerful Christmas time and success for the New Year. For a moment. let us simply enjoy what brings each of us joy.

The coronavirus continues to affect our lives, but we are already better equipped both in terms of health and knowledge. Unemployment has decreased, but at the same time it has to be said that not everyone can get work in the sector or region of their liking, despite their wishes. If we had the power, the gift we would give everyone is hope and high spirits. Opportunities, new inspiration and enthusiasm are available to everyone in this world, if you just keep looking and believing.

In addition to the rhetoric, we want to tell you that in next year's operating plans we are going to invest again in being able to continue to serve you well and even better. We are developing our operations in many areas so that we are worthy of your choice. We thank you for being our member!

The YTK Association is launching a new employment advice service on 1 January, giving members access to a ‘legal buddy’

The YTK Association has spent years compiling a comprehensive information package on employment for its members as well as providing a highly capable lawyer bot, a telephone helpline and legal expenses insurance. However, the YTK Association’s members have also been calling for more personal legal advice and support as well as a vehicle for settling disputes. The YTK Association is therefore launching a new service to help its members to navigate difficult situations and find amicable solutions to problems with the support of knowledgeable lawyers. The new service has been affectionately nicknamed a ‘legal buddy’.

In order to bring a legal problem to the lawyers running the new service, you will need to have been a member of the YTK Association for at least six months before the problem arose, and the problem cannot have arisen before the year 2021. If you are not already a member of the YTK Association, now is the time to join!
