Changes in the opening hours of customer service

Our customer service can be reached by telephone on weekdays from 10–14.

Our customer service point in Loimaa is closed from 16 March 2020 on until further notice.

Due to the exceptional situation caused by the coronavirus we unfortunately have to shorten the opening hours of our telephone service. That way we are able to balance the backlog in the payment of benefits and ensure that everyone will get their daily allowance as soon as possible. Furthermore, we will make it as convenient as possible for our employees to work remotely at home, so message channels are now the best way to contact us.

Both our customer advisory services and processing of benefits will be busy during the coming weeks. That’s why we compile continuously updated guidelines for you on our website. If you need personal advice, we hope that you will contact us primarily through OmaYTK by sending a message or using our chat service.
