You have ordered an e-invoice proposal from us, but you have not yet approved it in your online bank. Your e-invoice order will only take effect once you have approved it.

Once you order a proposal, it will arrive in your online bank within 1-3 working days. You then have 30 days to go to your online bank to approve the proposal.

Can't find your e-invoice proposal?

The e-bill proposal may not be visible in all banks' mobile apps. If necessary, check your e-bill proposals by logging into your online bank via your computer's browser.

If it is more than 30 days since you ordered the proposal, you can order a new proposal via OmaYTK or make an e-invoice authorisation directly in your online bank, following the bank's instructions. You can find the invoice reference number in the OmaYTK.

Once you have accepted the e-invoice proposal, the e-invoice order will take effect and you will receive your next membership fee invoice in January directly to your online bank! At the same time, you will be entered into a monthly prize draw to win a €100 gift voucher to Verkkokauppa.com!
