When you participate in services arranged by the TE Office, mention it in your application for earnings-related daily allowance. We will also receive information on your participation from the TE Office, but it may arrive only afterwards.
Employment promotion services
Employment promotion services refer to career coaching or labour training organised or commissioned by the TE Office, job-seeker’s independent studying with support of unemployment benefit, work trial, labour training, independent studying related to promotion of integration, and rehabilitating employment activities.
Applying for earnings-related daily allowance
The TE Office issues a statement on participating in the above-mentioned services, and it is also sent directly to us. So you need not send the statement of the TE Office to us. It is enough to mention in the application that you have participated in the services. When you use the OmaYTK service, it will guide you in filling out the application.
Compensation for expenses and increased earnings-related daily allowance
When you participate in TE services, you may be entitled to receive compensation for expenses or increased earnings-related daily allowance. You need not apply for them separately. We will check your right to receive them without a separate application.
When you participate in employment promoting services, you may receive daily allowance, even if the payment would otherwise be prevented by a period for which no benefit is paid or a waiting period. A failure to fulfil the obligation to apply in the joint application system will not prevent the payment of daily allowance for the duration of the participation.
