The Employment and Economic Development Offices (TE Offices) offer labour policy services. If you are looking for a job, making career choices, planning to gain new skills, or considering a different career, you should contact the TE Office. The TE Offices also review your labour policy requirements for paying earnings-related daily allowance. If you want to apply for earnings-related daily allowance, contact the TE Office. Register as an unemployed jobseeker no later than the first day of unemployment or temporary layoff. When you register as a jobseeker in the TE office, you will receive advice as well as support in your job search. You can make an employment plan together with the TE office and, if necessary, strengthen your job search skills, for example by participating in job search training.
