  • If you have used the service before, remember to log in using your membership number and password. Online banking codes are only used at first-time registration.

  • Make sure that you typed your password correctly. Note upper case and lower case letters in the password and make sure that there is not, for example, a space in the password.

  • Clear the browser cache.

  • Try to log in using a different browser. The recommended browsers are Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Chrome. Also check your browser version and update to a newer version if necessary.

  • Check whether it is a broader problem with a notification at the top of the page or whether there is news on it. If you find a piece of news or notification on the problem, we are already working on it.
