Why can’t I log in to the OmaYTK service?
- Clear the browser cache.
- Try to log in using a different browser. The recommended browsers are Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Chrome. Also check your browser version and update to the latest version if necessary.
- Check whether it is a wider problem. You can see a notification at the top of the page or check whether we have published a news article about it. If you find a notification or news article about a problem, we are already working on it.
