If you have used the service before, remember to log in using your membership number and password.
Make sure that you typed your password correctly. Note upper case and lower case letters in the password and make sure that there is not, for example, a space in the password.
Clear the browser cache.
Try to log in using a different browser. The recommended browsers are Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Chrome. Also check your browser version and update to a newer version if necessary.
Check whether it is a broader problem with a notification at the top of the page or whether there is news on it. If you find a piece of news or notification on the problem, we are already working on it.
