When lay-off ends

When your lay-off ends, let us know in the application. Also remember to inform the TE Office about the end of the lay-off period.

If your employment is terminated during the lay-off period, remember to inform us about it. Continue to apply for daily allowance as unemployed. At the end of the employment you may be entitled to salary for the period of notice or a similar compensation. We cannot pay you earnings-related daily allowance for the period when you are entitled to salary for the period of notice. Hence it is important that you inform us about the termination of employment.
