When you start working through an invoicing company, inform the TE Office about it. The TE Office will evaluate whether there are any labour policy obstacles for the payment of daily allowance. As you are considered an entrepreneur while working through an invoicing company, the TE Office will evaluate whether the activities are full-time or part-time. As a general rule, the TE Office has considered entrepreneurial activities carried out through an invoicing company to be of part-time nature. Part-time entrepreneurial activities do not prevent the payment of daily allowance.
Report the work you have done in the application for daily allowance. Because you work as an entrepreneur, you need not report the working hours in the application. Append a report on your income. In practice, the invoicing service will provide you with a pay slip, a copy of which you can send to us.
The income you receive is taken into account in the payment of daily allowance. The income will reduce your daily allowance in the application period during which the income is paid. Read more about the payment of adjusted daily allowance.
