ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

This accessibility statement applies to www.ytkkassa.fi and oma.ytk.fi. The Accessibility Statement is dated 4.12.2023.

These services are subject to the Act on the Provision of Digital Services, which requires that public online services must be accessible.

The ytkkassa.fi website will be launched in December 2023. We have built the website in accordance with the accessibility criteria. The accessibility of the website will be assessed together with an external auditor in 2024.

The OmaYTK-agency service (oma.asiointi.fi) was launched in June 2016. The accessibility of the service has been assessed together with an external auditor in June 2019. The accessibility changes for OmaYTK will be published in autumn 2020. Ongoing development will take accessibility requirements into account. The oldest part of the application form does not meet all accessibility requirements. The deficiencies will be addressed in the development process.

The state of accessibility of the online service

The ytkkassa.fi website is built to meet accessibility requirements.

The Oma.ytk.fi (oma.asiointi.fi) accessibility service does not currently meet all accessibility requirements. Development work is ongoing and shortcomings will be addressed as the service is updated.

Non-accessible content

The ytkkassa.fi website contains some forms that do not fully meet accessibility requirements. Most of the forms were published before 23.9.2018. The accessibility of the annexes and forms will be checked and updated when the version is updated.

The Oma.ytk.fi online application service (oma.asiointi.fi) contains an online application for daily wage allowance. The application is not fully screen-readable. The deficiencies will be corrected in the course of the development work.

You have the right to receive information in an accessible format that you need to identify or exercise your interests, rights or obligations. How to make an accessibility complaint and request for clarification

When you have given us accessibility feedback but are not satisfied with the response you have received, or you do not receive a response at all within two weeks, you can report the matter to the Regional Administrative Board of Southern Finland. The Southern Finland Regional State Administrative Agencies’ page explains exactly how to make a complaint and how the matter will be handled.
