YTK has renewed all forms in electronic handling of your business

New forms are based on html and you do not need Adobe Reader for reading them. The new forms are located in the electronic handling of your business in the same place as before. The forms work on all browsers.


You can log into the electronic handling with your member number, which is your user name. You can see your member number in the membership fee bill. Before first log, you must identify yourself with your e-bank identifiers or order the identifiers by mail from "Identify yourself with your e-bank identifyers or order new identifyers by mail" below. After identification the service gives you a password, with which you can log into the electronic handling. After logging in you can change your password under "Member information -> Change password". If you have a working user name and you have used the service before implementing the TUPAS identifying, you do not have to identify yourself again and you can log in straight away.

Sending a follow-up application after the initial daily allowance application. If you apply for earnings-related daily allowance for the first time, you must use the earnings-related daily allowance application. You can send it to the fund when you have been unemployed or laid off for at least two weeks. You must use the application for earnings-related daily allowance for applying daily allowance for as long as you have been paid earnings-related daily allowance for the first time. After this you can use the follow-up application or if necessary, changed follow-up application.

We ask you to notice that daily allowance must be applied for during three months from the day when you want it to begin. Send the follow-up application to the fund (earnings-related daily allowance application) even though you had not received a decision of your first application.

Speech recognition to help YTK's daily allowance guidance
YTK has implemented a speech recognition phone service to support and better the personal customer service of the fund. The service is at your disposal 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The service is based on speech recognition which means that the service is used by speaking, not pressing buttons.
